Bernice Kassirer

Passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband, Philip Kassirer; son, Steven Kassirer; and parents, Abe and Sara Rousso. Survived by her children, Alan (Kathy) Kassirer and Shari (Sean) Murphy; grandchildren, Brenna (Zach), Patrick (Jess), Alan and Ken; great-grandchildren, Jaden, Kenson, Lucy, Whalen and Wyatt; sister, Gail Spitulnik; brother-in-law, Jerome (Sheridan) Kassirer; sister-in-law, Marilyn (Stanley) Kassirer-Wayne; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Graveside Services will be held 11 AM TUESDAY August 12th in Britton Road Cemetery. Bernice requested that those that are able to attend, to please wear ‘a touch of pink.’ The family will receive on TUESDAY from 1-3 and 6-8 at 71 Cohasset Drive, Rochester, NY 14618. Donations may be made to The Wilmot Cancer Institute in Bernice’s memory.
