Passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 64.

Survived by his wife, Joyce Schachter; children, Rebecca Schachter and Joshua Schachter; mother, Gloria Schachter; sisters, Linda Reitzenstein and Ellen (Freddy Elfenbein) Schachter; also survived by Joyce’s siblings and their spouses. Charlie’s family and his many wonderful friends meant the world to him.
