David Frederick Kolko
My sincere condolences to the family of David Kolko. I had the pleasure of knowing David playing with him on a JCC adult basketball team, working out in the Men's Health Club and occasional rounds of Golf. He was an intense, passionate and competitive person on the court or course but very warm and friendly off it. We had many deep conversations about Syracuse hoops and the Buffalo Bills! His spirit will live on through all of us who were fortunate to have known him.

I send my wishes for healing to the entire Kolko family. To David: Thank you for being such a wonderful friend to my sister and brother-in-law, Ellen and Jon, and for making every family gathering of theirs that much more fun, full of laughs and love!

David was always more like my big brother than my cousin. I can't believe that he's gone, it's just not fair. I will always love and miss him and his memory will be with me forever.

I am saddened, once again, by a loss to and in your family. Losing a son, brother and father is so unfair, and affects me deeply. David, being a really fun kid both as a floor hockey player and CSL colleague, always was upbeat and enjoyed life to the fullest; and always being supportive to and upbeat for others. May his memory always be for a blessing.

I'm so saddened. I've known David since elementary school. Maybe even earlier than that. One of the most genuine people I've ever met. As a bonus, a fellow Steelers fan. I'll miss you, Dave.
