All of us who had the honor and pleasure of working with Diane at Council Rock appreciated her unusual ability to help children learn English. With creativity, patience, humor and personalized lessons, she guided these very young children in their beginning steps as learners in a different culture. We are saddened to learn of her passing. Diane shared her gift of communication and love for children as a docent at the Rochester Museum. I enjoyed doing tours with her as well as working on executive council for the Docent Association when Diane served as President and Vice President. I am so sad to hear of her dear family's loss. Please know she will be remembered for her generous spirit.
