February 14, 2022, one week after celebrating his 92nd birthday. Predeceased by his wife, Sue Becker; parents, David & Anna Becker; sister, Ruth Bekker. Survived by his loving children, Debra (Norm) Schlact; Lisa (David) Granet, Mark (Lisa) Becker, Daniel Becker; grandchildren, Isabella, Elijah, Isaiah, Ezra, Ian & Spencer; sister, Florence Kaplan.
Jerry was a veteran of the Korean War and the owner of Becker Mechanical Contractors, which his father started in 1916. Jerry worked until he was 87 1/2 years old and turned the reins over to son, Daniel, establishing the 3rd generation of the business.
