Predeceased by Stuart Parker. Survived by Simon (son) and Dauren (daughter).

Phyllis was a homemaker and a volunteer caregiver to nursing homes in the Rochester area.  She enjoyed crossword puzzles, socializing with neighbors, and was a history enthusiast.  She will always be remember for her kindness towards others and her love of family.
