On October 3, 2022 at age 92. Predeceased by her husband, Murray Osbrack. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea (Russell) Cohen; son, Stuart (Julie) Osbrack; grandchildren, Celina (Dan) Knapp, Cara (Matthew) Haynes, Isabel Osbrack and Autumn Osbrack; great-grandchildren, Cassandra, Haley, Sierra, Avery, Trevor and Hudson; sister, Carole Starr.

Phyllis, a retired teacher, was an avid bridge player and book reader. She loved traveling, entertaining and staying active. She cherished her time with her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held, THURSDAY, 1 pm at Temple B’rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Ave). Interment will follow at White Haven Memorial Park (210 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY). To view livestream of funeral services please visit Live Web Streams

A period of mourning will be observed at 132 Elmcrest Rise, W.
