Robert J. David passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026, at the age of 94. He was Predeceased by his daughter, Susan David; and parents, Louis and Celia [Finkel] David. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 69 years, Irma [Feldman] David; children, Debbie Cornell, Linda Starr and Babara Ferro as well as son in laws Bob Cornell, Bill Ferro, Mitchell Starr and Craig Tesler. He cherished his 9 grandchildren, Benji , Shayna, Samara, Jordana, Talia, Jesse, Dylan, Max and Sophie and each of their spouses. Bob was further blessed with 14 great grandchildren with two more expected this year.

Bob served honorably in the US Naval Submarine Service. A retired local entrepreneur, he was an active congregant and served many years as Executive Director of Temple Beth Sholom.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday May 11th at 11:00 am in The Chapel of Brighton Memorial Chapel, Inc. 3325 Winton Road South, Rochester. CLICK HERE for a map to the funeral home.
