Jerome J. Joseph
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerome J. Joseph on November 13, 2025, a day before his 98th birthday.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalind “Kim” Joseph; children, Diane (Gerard) Quinn, Howard (Jeanne) Joseph, Larry Joseph, Mandy (Barry) Frank, Jerri (Del) Martin; grandchildren, Sally Quinn, Janel (Jason Anderson) Quinn, Aaron Joseph, Isabella Joseph, Harrison Joseph, Spencer Joseph, Elliott Frank and Jacqui Martin; two great-grandsons.
He lived a great life, was a WWII vet serving in the Navy on three aircraft carriers in the Atlantic. Graduated from UCLA with a degree in photography. He met his first wife, Sally, in Dayton, Ohio and they were married for over 33 years until she passed. He remarried Rosalind “Kim” and they have been happily married for 35 years, enjoying traveling the world together.
He had a long career in cinematography finishing the last 21 years at Eastman Kodak editing and producing films. He loved flying his model planes, something he has done since his childhood. While at Kodak he had a chance to combine his passions, making the film I fly them, I break them, I fix them which you can watch on Youtube by clicking HERE. You can also see him flying his scratch built SE5a as well by clicking HERE.
He will truly be missed by all that knew him.
